Job Description:


A new position has come up within ICLP’s database operations function as an Email Delivery Executive, working from our offices in central London on a permanent basis, and reporting into the Database Operations Manager. This is an entry-level position for someone looking to build a career in a technical delivery environment; the ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up email campaigns and online landing pages to a high quality standard, communicating with internal departments focused on operational processes, and on a day-to-day basis undertaking tasks associated with ongoing delivery and support of a leading global company’s global marketing programmes.

This role would be perfect for an individual with 12-18 months experience of work in a fast-paced office environment, or alternatively a recent graduate with strong motivation and a professional attitude with a keen interest in ICLP and this role.
Key responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from clients’ brief or as provided by department manager
  • Provide consistent, exceptional quality and attention to detail
  • Manage time to given budget
  • Maintain ISO Group Standards

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Able to understand how to manage delivery expectations and priorities of multiple
  • stakeholders (internal and client)
  • Experience of working in an environment where attention to detail is critical
  • Ideally experience of communicating with customers
  • An understanding of Email Marketing Best Practice
  • Good level of education, with a degree as a minimum (or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the rest of Microsoft Office
  • An interest in technical delivery
  • Good at problem solving/data analysis, and must have excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised, with effective time management and the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Ability to think laterally and work in a proactive manner
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Natural ability to work as part of a team
