This rotation programme supports and develops our most talented technical graduates through a structured two-year induction designed to provide a variety of opportunities to learn and grow skills in all technical aspects. It begins with an intensive five-week jump-start training, where you’ll develop your understanding of our business and ways of working, our tools and capabilities, and the CPG and Retail industries, and receive technical training on the products and programmes we use to customise our work for clients.After this initial training, you’ll start on your first of four six-month role rotations, which are managed centrally over two years to provide consistency and continuity. During your first two years, you will experience two rotations in our Product Development and Management team and two rotations in our Data team. Each rotation identifies opportunities that encourage learning alongside delivering value to the business. With offices in the UK, US, and India, it's possible that each graduate on the GP&S scheme may have an opportunity to travel abroad during at least one of their rotations.In addition to these four rotations, there are many planned opportunities to develop your skills, in areas such as networking, presentation, managing communications and projects, and working with new graduates coming into the business. Upon completion of the programme, our graduates will be equipped to jump start their career and continue on to build a successful technical path within dunnhumby.
