Job Description:

The Marketing programme is focused on giving you the skills you'll need to make a great attraction a great commercial success. In the process, it will help make you the best Marketing professional that you can be. With the ultimate goal of being a Marketing Manager, or one of the next Marketing Directors, this programme is tailored to take you on the first steps towards leadership, giving you experience working with some of the world’s most exciting brands. And there’s no telling where that journey will take you. We’ve had a graduate create a pizza to go with a new ride which took £70k in sales and another that had the autonomy to appoint a new Digital agency for Madame Tussauds and SEA LIFE in North America within just three months.

Completing three six-month placements, which could be based at our head office or at a specific attraction, you'll soon learn that each of our sites presents its own unique challenges. However with the insights you'll gain, you'll take this all in your stride and rapidly learn how to adapt your core marketing skills to their individual needs.

You'll also gain a broad overview of all aspects of our business, so that you can truly understand the work that goes into making our organisation a success.
