We’re excited to announce the addition of a Procurement Scheme to our Graduate Programme. For this scheme, we need people who strive for ownership, who want to engage with and influence a large array of stakeholders. We’re looking for strong communicators, with excellent analytical skills, a methodical approach and the desire to probe for the right answers in a commercial environment. We want to find Procurement leaders of the future, with aspirations for Head of Dept. and Board-level roles in the medium-long term.

Over the course of the 18-24 months scheme, graduates will get the opportunity to spend a year in one business, learning about the fundamentals of procurement and how the business works, before then managing a small portfolio of their own. In their second 6-12 months, graduates have the opportunity to work in a different UK Grocery business or the central ABF Procurement team, in a project-based role, with greater responsibility, whilst experiencing the fast pace of change in our businesses. During the scheme, graduates will be supported through achieving a Diploma in Procurement & Supply, as well as taking part in core management graduate training and specific functional training.
