Marketing, Sales and Service Marketing, Sales and Service professionals help to create the essential bonds between our company, our Dealers and our customers. It is one of the biggest functions in Ford. As part of this energetic team, you will be working to ensure that our products and services are best in class and that our brand image goes from strength to strength. You will be working as part of a team who focus on fostering greater customer satisfaction and developing profitable market share by ensuring that our products and services are positioned, priced and sold with a strong customer experience at all "touch points" to optimise added value to our bottom line. Externally you will be responsible for taking our products and services to our customers in partnership with our Dealers. Internally you will work with a number of other departments, including Product Development, Manufacturing and Finance to bring both the current and the next generation of exciting products and services to our customers and developing the revenue and profit equation for Ford. The brief is short but demanding: be creative, inventive, and original. Your challenges and opportunities start immediately Upon joining the Marketing, Sales and Service team, your focus will be on one of the key business areas: Marketing Sales Customer service As a graduate you will join our 3 year training programme; split into two 18 month assignments. Over this period you will gain a broad experience of our business in some of the following areas: Marketing, Customer Service, Sales Planning or Programming and learn the key attributes to be a successful future Marketing, Sales and Service Manager. During this time you will gain an insight into our customer-facing teams, including spending time with dealers and customers. After which you will be ready to complete assignments in areas such as: Fleet Operations Car and Commercial Vehicle Sales Aftermarket Sales and Marketing Pricing Advanced Product Marketing Within our large global organization, there are tremendous opportunities to grow and develop your career within Ford with a wealth of experiences that you can explore. After this you could be eligible for promotion to specialist, supervisory and management positions within the function.
